Returns Policy

All equipment comes with a manufacturers Warranty. If product is faulty, please refer to this warranty.

Sometimes the product may not be what you thought or perform as expected. This may be due to reasons other than faulty equipment. Please contact us for trouble shooting advice.

In the event we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, please contact us immediately to arrange return & delivery of correct item at no charge. The returned product must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging.


Delivery is within Australia only. International orders are not accepted.

We will endeavour to deliver within seven days.
However, at times due to circumstances out of our control such as high stock demand, your order may be delayed.

Delivery is generally 7am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you cannot be home or have your order delivered to a work address, your order will be left on your front doorstep unless otherwise specified. The order is then considered delivered. Once delivered to the address given, the onus of the order is on the customer for the security and safety of the order. The Pool & Spa Shop will not be held responsible for any stolen or misplaced orders after delivery.

To check the cost of delivery:- place item in shopping cart & checkout.  You will need to create an account. There is no obligation to purchase at this point in the process.  It is not necessary to go through the payment process to check the delivery cost.

*Delivery address must be in the Adelaide Metro Area.

*Orders must be a minimum of $70 in one transaction.

*Swimming Pools, Spas and SwimSpas are excluded.

*The Free Delivery box must be activated during the checkout process.
